Lead BMS Engineer – Central London sites

I’m working closely with a BMS specialist who are actively recruiting for a long term BMS maintenance contract in Central London. They are keen to speak to Lead BMS Engineers who will be big contributors to this particular contract.

• Cover sites utilizing the tube and other locations with great access to public transport.
• Carry out BMS service, breakdowns and small work projects, including Trend and Tridium products.
• Support a small team of engineers.
• Survey and quote for new installations and upgrade work.
• Liaise with end clients.

• Trend skill set and ability to work with Trend products.
• Proficiency with HVAC, plant rooms and any IP network.
• Experience with BMS maintenance and small projects.
• Ready to step into a lead role and take on greater responsibility.

• Salary £48,000 – 55,000

My client offers ongoing training on Trend & Tridium products.

Additionally, this role will allow the successful Lead BMS Engineer to make their mark on large BMS maintenance contracts and work within a tight knit team delivering and leading BMS service, breakdown, and small projects work.
