• Lead design and delivery of a varied portfolio of projects including commercial refurbishments, residential schemes, hotel and mixed‑use buildings, low‑carbon retrofit work such as heat pump installations and legacy system replacements.
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects and the wider design team from early concept through to technical delivery.
• Run client commissions with confidence and support the development of junior engineers.
• Engage directly with clients in a consultancy setting.

• Working towards Chartered status or already Chartered.
• Associate‑level experience in building services electrical design.
• Comfortable leading projects and managing client relationships.
• Strong technical background across commercial, residential or mixed‑use sectors.
• Collaborative approach; teamwork is valued over volume.
• Ability to commute to or work from South Bank, London with flexibility for hybrid working.

Up to £80,000 depending on experience, with flexibility to pay the right market rate for the right person.
