£50,000 + excellent benefits!

Based in Stratford, London.

As an electrical engineer you will be solely responsible for covering all M&E maintenance, both PPM and reactive across the building. You will be client‑facing and work in a high‑end corporate building.

Typical duties include fault‑finding, small installations, control panels, power distribution, lamping, ballast changes, emergency lighting testing/maintenance, AHU & FCU maintenance and much more. You will be expected to log all works performed and will have to obtain Permits to Work (PTWs) and review RAMS from sub‑contractors.

Your hours of work will be Mon‑Fri 08:00 – 17:00. A call‑out rota is TBC, likely 1 in 4, with standby at £100 (minimum 4 hours).

Candidate must have an FM background, be level 3 electrically qualified and hold the 18th edition qualification.
