We're currently recruiting for a well experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our client on a brand new site based in Liverpool Street! This is a great opportunity if you're looking to work on a brand new contract, work alongside well experienced M&E engineers, and to be part of a highly renowned company within the building services sector.

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across electrical systems on site, troubleshoot / fault find, diagnose faults, respond to emergencies and client requests, update site logbooks and report into the Engineering Manager.

This is a static position, starting off working Monday - Friday, before moving onto a 4 on / 4 off day shift pattern (7am - 7pm, no nights).

Electrical Maintenance Engineer Duties:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults
• Work with single-phase and three-phase electrical systems
• Maintain emergency lighting and fire alarm systems
• Perform basic water treatment duties
• Service and maintain distribution boards, motors, pumps, bearings, and seals
