Our client, an established and respected civil structural consultancy, is recruiting a Senior Highways Engineer due to continued and sustained growth to be based out of their Surbiton office. As a Senior Highways Engineer you will be working as part of a team on the design of some interesting highways projects both public and private sector, medium and large schemes. This role offers hybrid working to fit into your lifestyle.

- A key focus will be providing technical expertise and managing highway projects, from feasibility and inception through to detailed design.
- Provide direction and leadership to junior members of the team.
- Ensure work and output is completed to a high standard.
- Some experience of drainage design would be nice but not essential.
- Experience with software such as Civils3D, Microdrainage, Causeway Flow, Autocad or similar design software.
