Building Services Engineer (Electrical Bias)

£48,000 | Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00

We're looking for an Electrically-biased Building Services Engineer to join a respected facilities management business on a prestigious Central London portfolio. This is working in a professional, client-facing environment.

As a Building Services Engineer, you'll be:

Carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems
Working on LV systems, lighting, UPS, generators, AHUs, FCUs, and general building services
Managing subcontractors and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards
Using the BMS and CAFM systems to monitor performance and close out tickets
Maintaining plant rooms to a high standard and ensuring compliance at all times

As a Building Services Engineer, you'll need:

Minimum 5 years' experience in building services or facilities maintenance
Strong electrical background with experience across HVAC and water systems
Good understanding of health & safety and permit-to-work systems
Client-facing with a professional, proactive approach
