We’re hiring for a Mechanical Supervisor to join the engineering team supporting a portfolio of high-end commercial properties in Central London.

The Mechanical Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing the delivery of mechanical building services maintenance while acting as a key point of contact for the client on site and ensure service delivery meets agreed KPIs.

• Supervising engineers delivering mechanical building services maintenance
• Ensuring planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works are completed to a high standard
• Acting as a key point of contact for the client and maintaining strong working relationships
• Monitoring service delivery to ensure KPIs and contractual requirements are achieved
  
  Coordinating subcontractors and specialist contractors on site
• Supporting compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations

• Strong mechanical building services maintenance background
• Experience working as a Mechanical Supervisor or Mechanical Lead Engineer
• Experience managing engineers or subcontractors
• Mechanical/Plumbing/HVAC qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent)

• Salary up to £58,000
