Engineering Shift Leader

We are currently seeking an experienced Engineering Shift Leader to join the engineering team at a prestigious commercial skyscraper in the heart of Fenchurch Street, London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and technically strong engineer looking to step into a leadership role within a high-profile, state-of-the-art building.

As Engineering Shift Leader, you will lead a team of engineers responsible for the smooth operation and maintenance of the building's landlord services. You will ensure all planned and reactive maintenance is completed to the highest standards while maintaining compliance, safety, and exceptional service delivery.

We are open to candidates with either an electrical or mechanical bias, provided they have strong building services experience within a commercial environment.

• Lead and support the on-shift engineering team.
• Ensure all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works are completed efficiently.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of landlord building services.
• Respond to plant failures and critical incidents.
• Ensure statutory compliance and health & safety standards are maintained.
