Shift Leader - City of London - FM Service Provider - £66,800 per annum

A leading facilities management service provider is seeking an experienced Shift Leader to oversee a site-based engineering team within a large, modern commercial office building in the City of London.

Working in a high-specification, business-critical environment, you will be responsible for supporting and leading the engineering team to ensure the safe and effective operation of all building services. The role will remain predominantly hands-on, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems, while also overseeing day-to-day coordination, reporting and communication with clients, contractors and management. The successful candidate must be HVAP qualified, with strong electrical technical knowledge and proven experience within commercial building services.

You will be confident leading engineers, maintaining safe systems of work and ensuring high standards of service delivery. Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-focused approach are essential.
