Lead Engineer FM Service Provider London Bridge £57,000 per annum

CBWare working with a leading Facilities Management provider who are seeking an experienced Lead Engineer to oversee engineering operations across a portfolio of prestigious commercial buildings in the London Bridge area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong engineer with previous leadership experience to take responsibility for the day-to-day engineering delivery across several high-specification commercial properties. Youll lead and support the on-site engineering team, ensuring all planned and reactive maintenance is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Acting as a key technical point of contact, youll work closely with the management team to maintain building performance, ensure statutory compliance, coordinate specialist subcontractors and provide technical support to the engineering team. The role will also involve maintaining strong relationships with clients and occupiers, ensuring a consistently high level of service across the portfolio.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm (40-hour week)
