Montcalm Collection is seeking a proactive Shift Engineer to join the Maintenance team in London. You will ensure all hotel systems and facilities are maintained to luxury standards, delivering prompt and high-quality engineering support for guests and colleagues.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will handle planned and reactive tasks, contribute to energy efficiency, and lead the maintenance team and contractors while coordinating safety and regulatory requirements.
