Location: City of Westminster
Flint UK Technology Services seeks a seasoned 5G Performance Analyst to validate design, analyse UE logs, and drive optimisation actions across 4G/5G/5G+ networks. You will run trials with Nokia and Ericsson, quantify gains, and steer cross-functional teams to improve customer experience through root-cause fixes and end-to-end investigations.
You should bring expert knowledge of UE logs, drive tests, TS/PI data, and PTT/SRTP troubleshooting, plus hands-on use of Wireshark, TEMS and Accuver
