JLL is seeking a Building Service Engineer to manage mobile sites in central London, performing planned preventative and reactive maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems. You will work to maintain high standards, update CMMS records, and support subcontractors to ensure continuous operation.
The role requires familiarity with AHUs, 4-pipe fan coils, emergency lighting, fire alarm testing, and BMS, with a strong emphasis on safety and documentation compliance.
