Rate: £50 to £55p/h (Depending on your key experiences)

What You'll Be Doing

· Designing and specifying mechanical building services systems, including HVAC and Public Health systems

· Delivering high-quality engineering solutions that comply with current regulations, standards, and project requirements

· Producing technical deliverables including calculations, specifications, reports, and design documentation

· Working closely with clients, contractors, architects, and multidisciplinary design teams

What You'll Bring

· Degree-qualified in Mechanical Building Services Engineering or a related discipline

· Membership of CIBSE and working towards Chartered status

· Strong experience delivering Mechanical Building Services projects

· Proven design experience covering HVAC and Public Health systems

· Excellent technical detailing, specification writing, and report preparation skills

· Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams

· Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

· Commercial awareness and an understanding of project delivery requirements

· Experience contributing to bids, tenders, and proposals

· Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for clients and project teams

Desirable Experience

Experience with any of the following would be highly advantageous:

· Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Incorporated Engineer (IEng) status

· Delivery of projects across multiple sectors

· Team leadership or line management experience

· IES Thermal Modelling

· Revit / AutoCAD / Navisworks
