Position: develop your structural design skills
You have a few years of structural design experience under your belt and you are ready for projects with more variety and more responsibility, not just more of the same.

This is a London based structural engineering consultancy working across a broad range of commercial, residential and mixed use projects, with a collaborative culture where engineers are trusted with real responsibility rather than being kept on narrow, repetitive tasks. Day to day this means running your own workload, coordinating with other disciplines, and having a genuine say in how a scheme is engineered.

If you are currently doing solid technical work but rarely get to speak to the client or see a project through from start to finish, this role closes that gap. You will take on your own portfolio of projects, work directly with clients and architects, and receive genuine mentoring from senior engineers who take the time to explain their reasoning.

There is a clear path towards chartership and further progression, in a business that values collaboration over rigid hierarchy.

Salary is between 43,000 and 55,000, depending on experience.
