BMS Design Engineer – Central London - £60,000 I am currently representing a specialist Building Management Systems and Smart Buildings contractor, delivering projects across BMS & HVAC optimisation and connected building technologies. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a BMS Design Engineer to join their engineering team.
Salary Package- £50,000 - £60,000

- Produce BMS design documentation, drawings, specifications and points schedules.
- Design Building Management System solutions for commercial projects.
- Support the design of MSI, metering, IoT and HVAC optimisation systems.
- Develop system architecture and networking-led designs for connected building environments.
- Assist in the integration of BMS with wider building systems and smart technologies.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, consultants and clients throughout the design process.
- Review technical documentation, manufacturer information and system architecture.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a project team.
