We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Shift Leader to join a prestigious site in Fenchurch Street, London.

The RoleAs Electrical Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading the electrical engineering team on a prestigious commercial site, ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient operation of all electrical systems and critical infrastructure.
You will play a key role in maintaining high standards across the site while supporting your team and ensuring all planned and reactive maintenance is delivered safely and effectively.
Key Requirements- Valid HV Authorised Person (HV-AP) qualification – essential
- Electrical engineering qualification (ideally NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Previous experience within a commercial, critical facilities or building services environment
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership position
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, maintenance and fault finding
- Experience working with HV/LV systems
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety and compliance requirements
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a shift team
- Comfortable working a continental shift pattern
- Salary up to £60,000
- Continental shift pattern: 7am–7pm / 7pm–7am
