£45–£55 per hour (Outside IR35)
12-Month Contract
A leading, design-led engineering consultancy, is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Civil Engineer on a long-term contract basis.
The RoleYou’ll play a key role in delivering building drainage and infrastructure design, working closely with structural teams, architects, and external stakeholders.
Your focus will be on ensuring designs are fully compliant with Building Regulations Part H, from concept through to construction.
Key Responsibilities- Design of building drainage systems (foul & surface water)
- Ensure compliance with Part H Building Regulations
- Production of drainage strategies and detailed design packages
- Coordination with architects and structural engineers
- Liaison with Local Authorities, Water Companies & Building Control
- Delivery of technically compliant, buildable solutions
- 7+ years’ experience in civil engineering (consultancy environment)
- Strong experience in building drainage design
- Solid understanding of Part H Building Regulations
- Experience working on residential and commercial developments
- Ability to manage projects and work independently
- AutoCAD
- Civils 3D (desirable)
- Micro Drainage / Info Drainage
- Causeway Flow (advantageous)
- Long-term 12-month contract
- Outside IR35
- High-quality, architect-led projects
- Flexible / hybrid working
- Strong pipeline of secured work
