• Proven Tier 1 contractor experience in commissioning or MEP contracting
• Technical responsibility for M&E packages of £10m+
• Robust understanding of commissioning design, technical risk and opportunity management
• Working knowledge of UK building regulations and construction H&S law

CSA (Commissioning Specialist Association) membership is a bonus, not a requirement — if you've got the technical depth, don't rule yourself out.
