You will work directly alongside senior leadership on a diverse range of projects across:

Projects range from new-build developments and major refurbishments through to technical due diligence, design management, occupier fit-outs, asset optimisation and decarbonisation programmes.

The Role

As a Senior or Principal Electrical Engineer, you will act as a lead engineer on a variety of projects whilst supporting the development of junior team members and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of electrical building services projects from concept through to completion.
Produce and review technical designs, reports, specifications and contract documentation.
Ensure designs comply with current regulations, standards and industry best practice.
Act as the primary electrical point of contact for clients and design teams.
Coordinate with mechanical, public health, structural and architectural disciplines.
Undertake design calculations, technical assessments and engineering studies.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.
Support project planning, resource management and commercial control.
Monitor programme, scope and budget requirements throughout project delivery.
