Casino Manager - UK – Join Betway Global as a leading Casino Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Work across multiple UK brands including Betway, Jackpot City, Hippodrome, and Spin Casino to support effective strategy delivery.
  • Assist in the delivery of overall Casino strategy, meeting and exceeding company objectives at the market level.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to grow and benefit the business.
  • Build relationships with casino game providers to secure offers, exclusives, and coordinate delivery with the UK team.
  • Monitor and analyse KPIs to optimise activity and present monthly performance reviews.
  • Undertake regular competitor reviews and product gap analysis to drive the market forward.
  • Support stakeholder acquisition and retention initiatives to optimise market performance.
  • Collaborate with brand marketing teams to develop and deliver a consistent local brand identity.
  • Ensure all digital inventory and online properties showcase the best possible content for the local market.
  • Work with CRM teams to optimise player lifecycle phases with promotional initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product, legal, compliance and marketing teams to influence product development roadmaps.
  • Lead the UK gamification project and work with internal development teams to continuously improve the core product offering.
Essential Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, conveying complex ideas clearly.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within scope.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of quality.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and dynamic environments.
  • Experience in the online gaming or casino industry, understanding player behaviour and regulations.
  • Experience coordinating specialist Casino teams and operating in high‑pressure environments.
  • Significant experience with product developers, legal and compliance, and marketing teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to present data and proposals internally and externally.
Desirable Skills
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements across jurisdictions.
  • Experience developing and executing customer retention strategies.
