- Experience in volume hospitality, leisure, or events (venues, bars, or competitive socialising concepts).
- Customer service experience driving sales and upselling.
- A hands-on leadership style: comfortable managing the floor and inspiring your team.
- A commercial mindset, able to drive sales and hit key performance targets.
