You will join one of our Live Studios, working on Mob Control
. With Mob Control, we’re building an iconic game that players will never forget. We are a small team that takes care of everything from ideas to testing, and we intend to grow while maintaining high standards.

Role We are looking for a Senior Game Developer - Player Experience and Game Feel, passionate about delivering unforgettable player experiences. You will craft highly polished, satisfying, and responsive features that elevate how players feel the game, from moment-to-moment gameplay to UI/UX and overall flow. You will work closely with Designers, Artists, and other Developers to bring ideas to life with precision and care.

You will own features end-to-end, ensuring every interaction feels great to play.

What You ll Do

• Build and iterate on player-facing features across gameplay, metagame, and UI
• Write robust, maintainable and extensible code used by millions of players worldwide
• Polish and refine systems with a strong focus on feel, clarity, and delight
• Work hand-in-hand with design and art teams to bring ideas from concept to final implementation
• Maintain smooth performance and high-quality experiences across a wide range of devices
• Contribute to the overall quality bar of the game, ensuring every player touchpoint feels great

Profile / Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Unity (or equivalent engine)
• Strong sense of gameplay feel and great attention to detail
• Excellent programming skills, clean coding practices, and ability to contribute to scalable architectures
• Proven track record of shipping high-quality mobile games with a strong player experience focus
• Experience with shaders and VFX
• Fluent in English, with great collaboration and communication skills

Nice-to-have

• Familiarity with mobile performance optimization
• Background in responsive controls and satisfying interactions
