Overview

Receptionist – Full-Time. 📍 Gilgamesh London, Covent Garden. Gilgamesh London is seeking a professional, friendly, and experienced Receptionist to be the face of our venue. You’ll manage reservations, welcome guests, and ensure seamless front-of-house operations.

• Manage reservations via Seven Rooms, Open Table, and The Fork.
• Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests.
• Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Work closely with the floor and management teams to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain a tidy, organized reception area.
• Support with VIP bookings & special requests.

• Previous experience in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting.
• MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE in reservation systems (Seven Rooms, Open Table, The Fork).
• Exceptional customer service & communication skills.
• Positive, professional, and highly organized.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings & weekends.

• Employment: Full-time
• Salary: £13 – £15 hourly
• Starting time: Immediate start!
