The City of London Corporation is recruiting for the Senior Attendant role. The post is based on-site at Guildhall, London EC2V.
Salary and working arrangementsSalary: £36,900 - £40,850 per annum inclusive of Inner London Weighting
Basis: Full-time, Permanent

Work patternWorking hours will mainly be Weekdays 9am – 5pm, but flexibility will be essential, including evening and occasional weekend work for which overtime will be payable. This role is based on site at Guildhall, London EC2V.
Role snapshotThe post suits a person who is dedicated, reliable and conscientious, thrives with a busy and varied workload, and is a great team player. Previous customer service experience, ideally within a corporate setting, is a must, along with a high level of written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities- Front of House customer service
- Managing the administration of room booking system
- Managing relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Supporting the delivery of ceremonial events within the City of London
- Working in a highly specialised customer service environment
- Dealing with online and in person enquiries, providing advice and detailed information
- Prioritising a demanding and diverse workload
