Position: Technical Production Manager (Auditorium)
Location: City of Westminster

The Royal Albert Hall is recruiting for an enthusiastic and experienced Technical Production Manager tojoin our Production & Technical team.

Our Production &Technical team consists of Event Managers, Audio Project Managers, Lighting,Audio, Rigging and Stage Technicians, as well as Technical Production Managers;all of which support our events across both the Auditorium & Beyond the Main Stage (BTMS).

The main duties of this role of Technical Production Manager willbe to primarily support the technical delivery of the events in our Auditoriumalongside our dedicated team of Event Managers. This would include the technical advancing of Audio, Lighting, Video, Staging and other venuelogistics for shows that are assigned to you.

Ideally, you will have amulti-disciplined technical background, and good understanding of venuemanagement and overseeing complex load in’s & outs that can span across theentire building. We’re looking for someone who can compile and distributeadvancing documentation concisely, demonstrate confidence in promoter andclient liaison, equipment specification and feasibility, all whilst maintainingfocus and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

It is expected that the Technical Production Manager is present on the day of the event to ensure thatthe technical planning is executed seamlessly across internal/external teams,as well as being open to support with changes or troubleshooting. In this role,no event is ever the same, so a level of flexibility and attentiveness is essential.
