LW Theatres in London’s West End is seeking a proactive Guest Experience Host for His Majesty’s Theatre. You will welcome guests, scan tickets, and keep the front-of-house areas running smoothly while upholding safety and customer service standards.
Evening and weekend shifts align with Phantom of the Opera performances; bar and merchandise duties may be involved. A friendly, can-do attitude and experience in bar settings are highly valued to deliver an extraordinary guest experience.
