Event Coordinator, Entertainment & Gaming

Location: City of London

The Event Coordinator is responsible for supporting the end-to-end planning and delivery of events, ensuring seamless execution and a high standard of client service. The role involves managing bookings, coordinating event logistics, liaising with internal teams and stakeholders, and overseeing event operations from setup through to completion.

Working closely with the Events Manager and cross-functional teams, the Event Coordinator ensures all event requirements are met, maintains accurate systems and reporting, and contributes to delivering high-quality, client-focused event experiences.

Type of contract :
Full-time, Permanent

Hours : 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 8 AM and 7 PM, with flexibility as per business needs)
