Position Summary:

The UK Project Manager will be an integral part of Secretly Group’s global Projects team, taking day-to-day ownership of a dedicated roster of artists and releases across Dead Oceans, Jagjaguwar and Secretly Canadian. The Project Manager serves as a central point of connection between artists and management teams and departments across the company, including A&R, Marketing, Digital, Radio, Production, Creative and Distribution.

They will drive campaigns from initial planning through release and beyond, maintaining timelines and budgets, coordinating activity across teams and helping to shape global strategy. The successful candidate will be highly organised, communicative and comfortable managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. They should demonstrate strong judgement, initiative and problem-solving skills, alongside an ability to build trusted relationships and contribute meaningfully to global campaign strategy.

Priorities can shift quickly across the Projects department, so the role requires someone able to identify what matters most, respond calmly to changing circumstances and keep campaigns moving forward.

Responsibilities:
  • Own a dedicated roster of artists and releases, overseeing campaigns from initial planning through release and post-release activity
  • Develop, maintain and communicate campaign timelines, budgets and key deliverables
  • Coordinate campaign assets and activity including music videos, photography, artwork, live sessions, remixes and digital content
  • Work closely with A&R and artist management as a primary day-to-day operational point of contact and advocate for projects
  • Contribute to global campaign strategy, bringing particular focus and insight to UK and international markets
  • Coordinate activity across Marketing, Digital, Radio, Press, Sales, Production, Distribution, D2C, Creative and other internal teams
  • Liaise with external partners including management, publicity, booking agents and creative teams, ensuring all parties have the information and resources required to deliver successfully
  • Identify campaign priorities, risks and opportunities, proactively working with teams to resolve issues and keep projects on track
  • Manage release-related information including budgets, label copy, production deadlines and other project requirements
  • Work within established project workflows, while contributing ideas and feedback to improve team processes and ways of working
  • Use streaming, sales, audience and campaign data to inform strategic decisions
  • Provide campaign specific updates alongside reporting & performance insights to key stakeholders
The Ideal Candidate Demonstrates:
  • Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage several concurrent campaigns and competing deadlines
  • Approximately 3+ years' experience within the music industry, ideally in project management, label management, marketing or a comparable artist-facing role
  • Strong judgement and ability to work independently
  • Confident relationship-builder with artists, managers and colleagues
  • Collaborative approach within a global team
  • Commercially and creatively minded
  • Familiarity with project-management/database platforms
  • Knowledge of and enthusiasm for the SG roster
