The Role
** Knight Frank Finance offers more than just mortgage advice, we combine unrivalled market insight with decades of experience to deliver outstanding results for our clients. We’re now looking for a Turkish Speaking Mortgage Adviser to join our high-performing team within Knight Frank LLP, the world’s largest privately owned property consultancy.

Based at our Global HQ, 55 Baker Street, this is a rare opportunity to work with high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients across Prime Central London and international markets. You’ll provide bespoke mortgage and complex financing solutions to an exclusive client base, while building relationships across the private banking and property sectors.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Build and maintain a strong pipeline of mortgage business through referrals and self-generated leads.
* Provide market-leading mortgage advice across a range of products.
* Identify and deliver tailored lending solutions for each client.
* Deliver exceptional client service to encourage repeat and referral business.
* Ensure all advice and documentation comply with regulatory standards.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues across Knight Frank’s global network.
** What We’re Looking For
*** Fluent in Turkish and English (written and spoken).
* CeMAP-qualified (or equivalent).
* Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser, Broker, or in mortgage administration (5+ years preferred).
* Experience in Prime Central London or international client markets advantageous.
* Highly motivated, target-driven, and client-focused.
