Case Manager - Bridging

Northreach is supporting a growing specialist property lender in the appointment of a Completions Coordinator to support the delivery of bridging finance transactions. This is an excellent entry point into specialist lending and would suit someone organised, proactive, and interested in property finance and deal execution.

While prior experience in bridging or specialist lending is beneficial, this role is also open to candidates from legal support, banking operations, or financial services administration backgrounds looking to build a career in lending.

• Manage transactions from loan approval through to completion and drawdown
• Liaise daily with solicitors, brokers, borrowers, valuers, and internal underwriting teams
• Track conditions precedent, documentation requirements, and completion timelines
• Review completion packs and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain clear case updates and ensure files remain audit-ready
• Support pipeline management to ensure completion deadlines are achieved
• Identify and help resolve issues that could delay transactions

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple live transactions simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and accurate document handling
• Confident communicator comfortable liaising with external partners
• Proactive approach to chasing outstanding information and resolving delays
• Comfortable working under time pressure within a deal-driven environment
• Interest in property, finance, or lending careers
• Experience in bridging, specialist lending, legal support, or finance administration is advantageous but not required
