Description

Process invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain and update financial records in compliance with company policies.
Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
Resolve invoice discrepancies and liaise with vendors as required.
Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
Support the accounting and finance team with additional tasks as needed.
Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable professional should have:

Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, etc.) Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (desirable)
Excellent Excel proficiency (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Filters, Conditional Formatting)
Solid reconciliation and query-resolution skills
High attention to detail, with strong organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple deliverables and prioritisations across teams
