Overview
The Employee Incentives business is part of PwC's rapidly growing Workforce practice. We are currently looking for new members of the team to help advise clients on a broad range of employee share plans and cash based incentives. It's an exciting time to be part of our business as Workforce related challenges are some of the biggest issues faced by employers.
Coupled with this, an increased focus on employee motivation, pay, retention and managing cost means our clients need our help.
Our work covers broad aspects of employee incentives and can include:
- Working closely with clients offering end‑to‑end practical solutions from plan design through to implementation.
- Working with clients across key hot topics such as tax favoured share plans and global roll‑out.
- Supporting global companies to meet annual incentive plan tax and legal compliance requirements across multiple countries.
- Providing clients with support in areas they find particularly challenging such as share plan accounting and corporate tax deductibility.
- Supporting clients through transactional activity such as takeover, merger, IPO etc.
- Advise clients across the employee incentive spectrum, from plan design to implementation, with support from senior team members.
- Serve a mix of clients including UK listed companies, global corporations, and unlisted/private businesses.
- Adapt work scope to meet specific client needs.
- Assist with client delivery, risk processes, billing & cash collection, and training of junior team members.
- Previous experience in the design, tax, financial and operational aspects of employee share plans.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, client‑facing orientation, and a passion for high‑level service.
- Experience with employee share plans, either in‑house or consulting.
- ACA/CTA qualification or equivalent work experience.
- Self‑management and time‑management skills.
- Ability to provide clear, bespoke written and oral advice to clients.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
