Structured Finance Lawyer - Executive Director

We are hiring at Morgan Stanley's Securitised Products Lending Group (“SPGLE”) in London.

• Work alongside lending teams to structure and execute structured finance transactions.
• Engage from initial underwriting and term sheet stage through to signing transaction documentation, funding the loan position, and exiting the risk position.
• Act as key liaison internally with Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams and externally with legal counsel.

• 9+ years PQE with a major law firm or financial institution.
• Experience with structuring and transaction execution on a business desk, including negotiation of commercial and legal matters.
• Familiarity with LMA documentation and securitisation frameworks.
• Commercially driven with ability to adapt to a varied workload.
• Must be FCA certified to perform this role and pass associated exams before commencing employment.

London, Canary Wharf. Office at 20 Bank Street with gym, medical centre, staff canteen and cafes.
