Location: City Of London
A leading investment bank is seeking a Banking/Finance Lawyer for a nine-month maternity cover.
This role offers a hybrid working model and requires at least 6 years PQE, with in-house experience preferred. You will support two market-leading teams in NAV work and subscription finance facilities, handling the full transaction lifecycle. This is a temporary contract with a daily rate of £750 - £950, starting no later than the end of March.
