One of Europe’s fastest‑growing fintech companies is scaling up as it enters its Series B fundraising activities. The CFO needs a strong capital‑markets professional to take full ownership of funding structures, lender relationships and capital‑markets reporting.

Responsibilities

Own and manage existing structured financing vehicles
Support the structuring of new funding initiatives
Own the relationship with credit‑insurance providers and managing agents
Build and own financial models to optimise the deployment of capital across facilities
Ensure lending reporting is fully compliant with covenants and undertakings

Requirements

5‑8 years within structured finance, capital markets or securitisation
Direct experience working with SPVs and/or warehouse‑style lending facilities
Financial modelling – ability to build a facility model or waterfall model from scratch
Deep understanding of structured credit mechanics
