Bookkeeper

Are you an experienced Bookkeeper looking for your next opportunity? Our client, a dynamic events company, is seeking a meticulous and organised professional to manage financial records and support their finance team. Experience in a creative environment is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process purchase and sales ledger invoices using Procim and Xero
• Perform bookkeeping and bank reconciliations across multiple entities
• Manage team expenses and process payment runs
• Assist with VAT returns, balance sheet reconciliations, and pension submissions
• Support budgeting, reporting, and month/year-end processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong proficiency in Xero and MS Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Understanding of UK financial regulations (a plus)
• Degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred

This role offers hybrid working, requiring one day per week in the central London office (Wednesdays).
