They are looking for an experienced Adviser who can bring a minimum of £10 million in AUM
, and who shares their vision of building long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.

• Provide holistic financial planning and wealth management to a portfolio of clients

• Onboard and manage a book of at least £10M AUM
  , maintaining the highest levels of regulatory and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with our dedicated in-house investment, tax, and estate planning specialists to deliver bespoke solutions.

• Champion a client-centric, goals-based advisory approach aligned with our B Corp values.

• Leverage our ongoing marketing and business development support to grow your client base.

• Engage with the full back office support team
  , freeing you to focus on client relationship management and financial planning.

• Diploma Financial Planner status

• Proven ability to transition and manage a book of at least £10M in AUM
  .

• Strong understanding of financial planning, tax optimisation, estate planning
  , and investment strategy.

• Experience advising UHNW clients
  , ideally within a family office or boutique wealth environment.

• An ethical, collaborative mindset with a passion for long-term client success.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

• 50% bonus on new assets under management (AUM).

• Hybrid working with a Central London base.
