** Key Tasks and Responsibilities
*** Support the management of the London Market transformation Office, delivering PMO activities for one or multiple projects as required.
* Apply PMO practices and processes ensuring that the project is consistently following client methodology and tools.
* Support reporting across the transformation portfolio, specifically focused on Risk and project performance
* Support Resource forecasting in line with transformation requirements
* Ensure timely and accurate reporting across the transformation portfolio facilitating executive level decision-making within Arch Insurance UK
* Support the successful execution of key transformation initiatives primarily within the London Market department.
* Communicate feedback continuously with key transformation partners across Actuarial, Finance, IT and London Market transformation.
* Work with various business partners to define requirements and document best practices within transformation activities supporting the end-to-end business and Finance/IT processes.
** Role Requirements & Skills**# Skills / Competencies
* Experienced working within a PMO function within financial services
* Proficient in the use of Project Management tools and system
* Experienced in Risk & Change Management and escalation procedures in a project and portfolio context
* Problem-solver with the ability to identify and deliver solutions on issues.
* Strong verbal, written and technical (Excel and PowerPoint) communication skills essential
* Ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty
* Must be able to work independently to draw conclusions and make recommendations to the London Market Transformation Head & Lead# Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science, or other discipline preferable.
* Project Management accreditation preferred.# Experience
* 3+ years’ experience in a Project Management Office or Business Analyst role.
