Senior Finance Manager

We’re seeking a highly analytical and strategic Finance Manager with strong experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) or renewable energy infrastructure
. This role will oversee financial planning, project evaluation, and investment analysis for our fast-growing energy storage portfolio.

You’ll work closely with the engineering, commercial, and project development teams to ensure financial robustness across the full lifecycle of BESS projects, from development to operations.

• Lead financial modeling and project valuation for BESS and hybrid renewable projects.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for ongoing and pipeline projects.

• Support project financing activities, including debt structuring, investor presentations, and due diligence.

• Develop financial models for new technologies, revenue streams (capacity markets, ancillary services, arbitrage), and long-term asset performance.

• Collaborate with commercial teams on pricing strategies and Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).

• Track CAPEX/OPEX performance and optimize cost structures for large-scale storage deployments.

• Prepare financial reports and present key metrics to senior management and investors.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, project finance covenants, and internal controls.

• Contribute to strategic decision-making regarding asset acquisition, divestment, and portfolio optimization.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• 7+ years of experience in financial management or project finance - preferably in BESS, renewables, or energy infrastructure

• Proven experience in financial modeling, valuation, and project finance structuring

• Strong understanding of energy markets
  , storage revenue mechanisms, and grid economics.

• Proficiency in financial tools (Excel, Power BI, ERP systems, etc.).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
