Financial Planning Analyst

We are partnering with a fast-growing, UK-founded international fintech business to hire an FP&A Analyst to join their dynamic finance team. This role is a fantastic opportunity to support financial planning, forecasting, and business partnering across a high-growth, investor-backed organisation, while gaining exposure to fundraising, valuation, and investor relations.

Reporting into the FP&A Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping financial models, providing insights for senior leadership, and supporting key strategic initiatives that drive growth.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support growth.
• Drive budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning across the business.
• Support fundraising and investor activities, including pitch decks, projections, and due diligence.
• Partner with functional teams on planning, spend tracking, and ROI analysis.
• Manage headcount planning, attrition, and associated cost implications.
• Deliver insights to senior leadership and investors to inform strategic decisions.

About you:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, or equivalent) with 5+ years in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance, including experience in valuation or fundraising.
• Strong hands-on Excel skills and proven expertise in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Experienced in supporting fundraising, M&A, or financing projects in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Confident communicator, able to present complex financial data clearly to senior leaders and external stakeholders.
• Previous fintech or high-growth start-up experience is highly desirable.
