About

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Management Accountant and working closely with the Financial Controller and COO, this role sits within our London team.

As Associate Management Accountant, you will support the Europe finance function across revenue recognition, job costing, client invoicing, commercial analysis and month‑end reporting. This is a hands‑on role at the heart of our project‑based business, ensuring financial accuracy, strong controls and clear insights that support decision‑making.

You’ll Play a Key Role In
  • Preparing accurate and timely client invoices aligned to contracts and scopes
  • Managing Accounts Receivable and debtor follow‑ups
  • Maintaining clean job financials (WIP, phasing, recoveries and margin analysis)
  • Supporting month‑end processes including journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations
  • Assisting with VAT, payroll reconciliations and fixed asset management
  • Contributing to cashflow forecasting and revenue pipeline reporting
  • Providing simple, clear financial insights to project leads and divisional managers
About You

We are looking for an ACCA/ CIMA/ ACA qualified or actively pursuing accountant, who is proactive, detail‑oriented and commercially curious. You take ownership of your work, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. With strong Excel skills, you will ideally have worked in a professional service environment.

Experience & Background
  • Demonstrated experience in accounting, finance or project‑based financial support roles
  • Experience in revenue recognition, job costing, invoicing and reconciliations
  • Exposure to month‑end processes and balance sheet reviews
  • Experience using an ERP or integrated accounting systems such as Pegasus would be highly regarded

  • Project leads understand their margins, revenue trends and financial position.
Effective Cash & AR Management
  • Debtor ageing is actively managed and cashflow inputs are accurate.
Trusted Finance Partner
  • Non‑finance colleagues see you as responsive, clear and supportive.
