Manpower are currently seeking an interim Finance Business Partner to work with our global FMCG client The Magnum Ice Cream Company, renowned for brands such as Magnum, Ben & Jerry's, Cornetto and Wall's, and become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.
The position is based in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey. This is a full-time temporary role to run for 10 months, requiring 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to £62,500 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience.
The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.

Job PurposeContract role to support the finance function as we transition through the next 10 months and exit the Uni.lever transfer service agreement. This is a high-profile role combining business partnering across the sales and marketing teams alongside being a key member of the project team. The project focus includes elements of testing, developing and post go‑live support for the new systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Business partner to both Customer Development and Marketing Teams.
- Support the Customer Teams analysing investment proposals to deliver the best data‑led decisions for the business.
- Develop the customer S&OP forecast—reviewing it against short- and long-term customer targets and ambitions to identify areas where the team needs to focus.
- Highlight future performance concerns and opportunities and support in planning commercial activities required to remediate any gaps to target.
- Investment control of promotions, advertising budgets and innovation projects.
- Support the finance leadership team on period‑end closing and provide understanding and insight into performance.
- Project support reviewing global design and configuration decisions against Finance needs in Local review workshops.
- Coordinate with local Finance SMEs to gather inputs and validate the Day?2 target state for Finance GTM, including local applications, integrations, and customer/supplier financial practices.
- Provide support during system integration testing, focusing on local Finance GTM scenarios. Lead and execute local UAT for Finance GTM processes, ensuring compliance with local requirements.
- Provide dedicated on-site support during go‑live and cutover activities, ensuring a smooth transition to the new ERP system. Deliver ongoing support during the hyper‑care period, addressing user queries and escalating critical incidents.
- Qualified accountant or equivalent experience with experience of finance partnering Sales and or Marketing.
- Verbal and written communication skills to influence at all levels.
- Highly analytical, motivated, with excellent collaboration skills.
- Strong prioritisation and time management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of core finance business processes.
- Experienced in supporting testing and cutover readiness in operational finance contexts is desired.
- Experience consolidating inputs from GTM Finance and other finance SMEs to ensure compliance requirements are accurately represented.
- Comfortable working independently in fast‑paced commercial and project environment.
