About the Faith and VAWG Coalition

The Faith and VAWG Coalition is a feminist, anti‑racist charity working at the intersections of faith, race, and ending violence against women and girls.

We have recently recruited a brilliant board of experts from diverse professional, lived experience, and faith backgrounds – a group deeply committed to justice, accountability, and survivor‑centred leadership. Now, we are looking for a Treasurer to join this passionate board.

As we continue to grow as an independent organisation, we need someone who can provide strong financial oversight and help us build sustainable systems that match our ambition. Our board is united in its commitment to centring the needs of women from faith backgrounds and removing the barriers they face in accessing justice, safety, and support – and we need a Treasurer who sees finance as part of that mission.

• Provide strategic financial oversight and guidance
• Support budgeting, reserves planning, and long‑term sustainability
• Ensure compliance while aligning financial decision‑making with our values

You do not need prior trustee experience to apply. We value both professional expertise and lived experience.

Excellent induction and training will be provided, and you will be joining a supportive, engaged, and thoughtful board.
