Our client is a hospitality group operating across the UK. The business has an established and growing portfolio of multi:site assets and operates through an integrated platform covering development, investment and asset management. The organisation has built a strong reputation for quality and long:term value creation and continues to expand its portfolio through new developments and strategic investment.

This opportunity is offered on a nine:month maternity cover basis.

Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of group reporting, operational finance oversight and financial planning across a multi:site hospitality platform. This is a senior role within the finance function, working closely with leadership and providing oversight across site:based finance teams. The position requires someone commercially minded, hands:on, and confident operating in a fast:paced, growing environment.

• Ownership of the month:end close, including consolidated P and L, balance sheet and cashflow reporting
• Oversight of day:to:day operational finance processes
• Supporting external audit delivery
• Driving improvements in finance systems, processes and controls
• Reviewing and strengthening internal controls as the business continues to scale
• Managing and developing a team within the finance function
• Acting as a senior escalation point for operational finance matters
• Leading budgeting, forecasting and long:term financial planning
• Promoting accountability and cost control across the organisation

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Experience with in hospitality, F and B or multi:site environments preferred
• Strong cashflow management and budgeting capability
• Confident partnering with senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks, trends and control gaps
