Reinsurance Analyst

Arthur is partnered with a Lloyd's syndicate who is hiring an analytical and detail-focused Reinsurance Analyst to support the day-to-day operation, administration, and placement of Outwards Reinsurance. This is a highly visible role within a small, collaborative team, working closely with underwriting, brokers, finance, claims, and reserving teams to ensure reinsurance contracts, premiums, recoveries, and reporting are managed accurately and efficiently.

• Support the outwards reinsurance team and provide team cover when required
• Process reinsurance contracts, EOCs, and Order Forms
• Produce premium adjustment and commission statements
• Prepare ORI statements, bordereaux, and recoveries
• Manage broker queries, disputes, and overdue balances
• Support ORI planning and placement activities
• Monitor facultative reinsurance and support reporting
• Contribute to system and process improvements, including Prism
