- Managing a portfolio of compliance cases.
- Dealing with tax advisory matters.
- Supporting partners with project‑related work.
- Working with clients such as owner‑managed SMEs, groups, UK entities within large international groups and a number of non‑resident landlords.
- Handling compliance issues ranging from those for large companies and groups to the firms OMB’s as well as its compliance role; the team works on a varied range of advisory projects for its corporate client base, covering matters such as reorganisations, demergers, transfer pricing, financing, cross border transactions.
- Opportunity to advance to manager and senior manager.
