Payment Operations Senior Associate

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Payment Operations Senior Associate to join a growing Operations team within a fast-paced banking environment. This role will focus on the timely and accurate processing of domestic and international payment requests, supporting wholesale banking operations and ensuring high standards of operational efficiency, compliance, and client service.

• Monitor the daily flow of payment remittance requests raised by internal stakeholders
• Process domestic and international cross-border payment transactions accurately and within currency cut-off times
• Manage funding and currency positioning activities for Treasury reporting through the Request Management System (RMS)
• Upload FX deal tickets for currency buy/sell transactions
• Monitor incoming client monies and apply credits within the core banking system
