This is a standout opportunity for a Loan Documentation Specialist to join a high-performing team, based in the middle office. You will act as the technical authority on loan documentation, ensuring precision, compliance, and operational excellence across the full transaction lifecycle.
Your expertise will be pivotal in reviewing and approving lending documentation
, ensuring alignment with credit approvals, and managing the booking of transactions in Loan IQ
. You will also play a key role in risk mitigation
, escalating issues, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and control.
What You Will Own
- Documentation Review & Approval: Review and approve all lending documentation, ensuring operational aspects are controllable and in line with agreed procedures. Execute consistency checks between lending documentation and credit approvals, providing final sign-off on key terms and conditions.
- System & Compliance Management: Oversee the execution and approval of credit limits in Loan IQ
, ensuring all prerequisite requirements are met for local and regulatory validations. Review risk-mitigating documentation, including credit risk insurance and sub/risk participation.
