Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Permanent, Hybrid working. Salary from £57,600 per annum DOE plus 10% bonus, with Bupa benefits. Advert closes Friday 26th June 2026.
Role SummaryAs a Contracts & Pricing Manager, you will influence pricing, contract and delivery of care across a diverse payor landscape – including UK and international insurers, self‑pay patients, and embassy‑funded care – and play a pivotal role in sustaining growth while delivering exceptional patient care across our London hospitals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage pricing strategies for key payor groups.
- Own and manage complex insurer relationships, acting as the primary commercial contact for pricing, contract and billing discussions.
- Drive and support negotiations, leveraging financial insight and market awareness to achieve sustainable outcomes.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated pricing models to inform decision‑making, forecasting and long‑term strategy.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Finance and Operations to align pricing with business objectives.
- Resolve payor pricing and billing queries, ensuring clarity, accuracy and strong relationships.
- Identify opportunities for growth and optimisation balancing revenue, competitiveness and patient value.
- Ensure pricing activity complies with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in pricing, finance or a commercial role within a healthcare setting (desirable).
- Excellent negotiation skills with confidence to support or lead discussions with external partners.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with data and financial models.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex information clearly.
- Ability to work with stakeholders across different teams and levels.
- Proactive approach and willingness to challenge and improve processes.
